I've done a little bit of investigation, and can see that on Monday evening we were experiencing some issues with the On Demand / Catch UP TV in your area. I've lost my television service My remote control is not working correctly or it's not working at all.

Select Restart my box. I have carried out some checks and there is some high demand affecting the network you're connected to. How do I get this error sorted and get my money back? This has been escalated to our network engineering team so we can get this sorted.
