If you're having a computer problem, ask on our forum for advice. It's not easy, but you can write code what still executes even after you ended debugging. The reason I feel this is specific to Visual Studio 2012 is because the same solution works ok with Visual Studio 2010; Intel Fortran compiler and the IDE integration is the same is both Tell it to monitor devenv and filter on a path of the pdb.
