It just seems like I have to choose other option (not "Auto"), then it connects fine. I know I had that issue when my ISP changed my house's IP address (not the ones my devices used, just the one that went to the DSL modem). 1 ahhhh, no can do the ss with p/w is required, as this pc is in an area where more than 1 person has access to it i have not seen this S:\UltraVNC\winvnc\winvnc\vncdesktop.cpp : No driver used --The operation completed successfully.
You cant get around it... Whatever "vncdesktop" is, it seems to be at the heart of the problem. FIXED: VNC Server now resizes correctly if the screen resolution of the computer on which it runs changes.

At least, with my test XP Pro which isn't inside a domain: when there's already an RDP session and when I start a VNC session, the RDP session is dropped immediately.

TCP on both sides, but the problem remains to exist. Pointed the VNC-Viewer to 192.168.0.2:port and it worked fine and without any problem.
