I'd like help deleting that modem connection in order to see if doing so will indeed resolve the overriding issue that I cannot make a working connection. For device specific instructions: Select your device and search for "resolving driver conflicts." Uninstall / reinstall VZAccess Manager. Rightclick on the connection –> Properties –> Go to the ‘General’ tab Check if the modem selected here is the correct one.
